Welcome to TechSprintLab ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or registering an account on techsprintlab.com, purchasing video courses, or attempting test series, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the platform immediately.

1. Account Registration and Security

1.1. You must be at least 16 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to register on our platform.
1.2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete details during registration (Name, Email, Phone number).
1.3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity taking place through your registered session is deemed to be authorized by you.
1.4. Sharing account credentials with other individuals or organizations is strictly prohibited. Our system monitors concurrent device sessions; unauthorized concurrent logins may lead to permanent account suspension without refund.

2. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Safeguards

2.1. All course materials, including but not limited to video lectures, source code repositories, PDF notes, mock test questions, and platform designs, are the exclusive intellectual property of TechSprintLab and protected under Indian and international copyright laws.
2.2. Strict Anti-Piracy Warning: Recording video streams (via software screen capture, external cameras, or hardware recorders), ripping, downloading, re-encoding, or redistributing our curriculum on Telegram, YouTube, Torrent networks, or file-hosting services is a criminal offense under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and Information Technology Act, 2000.
2.3. Video streams embed dynamic, tamper-evident user watermarks identifying the enrolled account. Any leaked content will be traced back to the perpetrator, resulting in immediate criminal prosecution and claims for financial damages.

3. Purchases, Pricing, and Payments

3.1. Prices for Courses and Test Series are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Payments are handled through Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant checkout rails. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers.
3.3. Enrollment access is granted automatically upon successful payment capture notification from the payment gateway.

4. Test Series Examination Rules

4.1. Mock tests feature hard countdown timers and negative marking where specified in test instructions.
4.2. Closing browser tabs or disconnecting during a live exam attempt does not pause the server countdown timer. Tests auto-submit when the allocated duration elapses.
4.3. Test series questions and answer keys are reviewed by academic mentors. In case of any perceived discrepancy, inquiries may be raised via support.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

5.1. TechSprintLab provides educational materials "as is". While we strive for 100% accuracy and relevance, we do not guarantee employment, salary brackets, or specific competitive examination rankings.
5.2. In no event shall TechSprintLab or its directors be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages exceeding the amount paid for the disputed course or test package.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
